Kathleen is as an associate with the Toxic Tort group. Her practice currently focuses on the areas of toxic tort litigation, complex products liability litigation, and environmental litigation.

Prior to joining Cetrulo LLP as an associate, Kathleen worked with in-house counsel for General Electric as an Environmental Litigation Manager and then as an associate at another Boston law firm. While in law school, she clerked for the Vermont Natural Resources Council and for the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. she was also an Articles Editor, Note Editor, and Symposium Committee member for the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. In addition, kathleen worked as a member of the Boston Bruins Media Relations staff for the 2008-09 and 2009-10 seasons. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Killoy worked for Cetrulo LLP as a paralegal in the Toxic Tort group.
