Greg’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, real estate, leasing and secured debt finance/secured lending matters.
Greg represents national and regional businesses in a variety of matters in Massachusetts and Rhode Island in both the state and federal courts. His cases involve a wide-range of issues, including products liability, premises liability, mass torts, commercial disputes and consumer protection. He defends individual cases and is also on teams that manage national and local toxic tort litigation. Greg has experience in various aspects of trial preparation, including drafting written discovery, and preparing a range of motions, including discovery motions, Daubert motions, and dispositive motions.
On the transactional side, Greg handles commercial real estate leasing and secured debt financing. Greg also represents institutional lenders engaged in real estate and debt financing transactions. Greg also represents buyers, sellers and lenders in all manners of real estate sales (commercial and residential).
During law school, Greg worked as a paralegal and law clerk at Cetrulo LLP.
When away from the office, Greg enjoys movies, stand-up comedy and is an avid basketball fan.
