Elizabeth’s practice is focused on employment advice and counseling, as well as employment, business, real estate, and probate litigation. 

Elizabeth represents clients before the Massachusetts Superior Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Massachusetts Civil Service Commission, and the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance.

Prior to moving to Massachusetts in 2013, Elizabeth lived in St. Louis, Missouri, where she represented clients in employment matters before the state courts of Missouri and Illinois, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois, the Missouri Commission on Human Rights, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, and the Illinois Department of Employment Security.

Elizabeth has experience in various aspects of trial preparation, including drafting written discovery, deposing fact witnesses, and preparing and arguing a range of motions including discovery motions and dispositive motions.

Elizabeth routinely serves as a volunteer judge for Boston College Law School’s Advocacy Program’s negotiation and client counseling competitions, as well as for the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy (moot court) Competition and the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Mock Trial Competition. In addition, Elizabeth has served as a volunteer judge for the Yale Mock Trial Invitational.

When away from the office, Elizabeth enjoys playing the guitar, visiting art museums, and spending time outdoors.
