Associates Elizabeth S. Dillion, Kevin M. Hall and Michael J. Leard Invited to Participate in Federal Court Young Lawyers Roundtable
On November 3, 2016, Associates, Elizabeth S. Dillon, Kevin M. Hall, and Michael J. Leard, attended the fourth annual “Young Lawyers’ Roundtable” at the John Joseph Moakley U.S. Courthouse in Boston, Massachusetts. A select group of attendees had the opportunity to interact with District, Magistrate, and Bankruptcy Court Judges in various breakout sessions designed to address issues often encountered by young lawyers. A reception was held thereafter where Judges offered informal advice on Federal Court practice. Kevin, Elizabeth, and Mike were invited to participate in the program due to their active involvement in various Federal and State bar associations.

Elizabeth Dillon is a Senior Associate whose practice focuses in the areas of employment advice and counseling, as well as employment, business, real estate and probate litigation. Elizabeth is currently in her second consecutive term as a member of the board of directors for the Young Lawyers Division of the Massachusetts Bar Association (“MBA”).

Kevin Hall is an Associate in the firm’s Toxic Tort Group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, products liability, insurance defense and toxic tort defense, primarily in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Kevin has been involved with the Young Lawyers Division of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Federal Bar Association since joining the group as a law student in 2014.

Mike Leard is a Senior Associate whose practice focuses in the areas of business litigation, products liability, and pharmaceutical litigation. Mike also has experience counseling clients in environmental and occupational safety and health compliance issues. Mike was recently selected to serve a third consecutive term as a member of the board of directors for the Young Lawyers Division of the MBA, and is also a member of the MBA’s Complex Commercial Litigation section.
