Partners Michael J. Cahalane and Andrew R. McConville recently published an article titled “Bargaining, Bottom Lines, and BATNA: Re-Learning the Skill of Negotiation” that was featured in the July/August edition of The Federal Lawyer, a national magazine published by the Federal Bar Association. The article discusses strategies for litigators to improve their results at the bargaining table. Cahalane and McConville also teach a course at Boston College regarding conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
