Overview

Subsequent to his graduation from Northeastern University School of Law, Mr. Marra worked for six years at the Boston office of a national law firm, where he represented institutional lenders, real estate developers and various corporations and small businesses in all manner of debt finance, real estate development, acquisition, disposition and leasing.

Mr. Marra joined Cetrulo LLP in June of 2001.

Currently, Mr. Marra handles real estate, leasing and secured debt finance/lending matters for a substantial number of regional and national clients, including institutional lenders, real estate development firms and corporations engaged in debt finance and real estate transactions. Mr. Marra also represents clients in connection with general corporate matters (including the creation of and advices regarding various business entities), business and transactional matters, including small business and start-up advisory services. Mr. Marra advises and represents condominium associations and condominium boards in connection with re-casting and/or amending condominium documents, advices regarding condominium litigation and board of trustee practice and procedure. Mr. Marra also represents clients engaged in business and real estate litigation, employment litigation, arbitration and mediation.

Mr. Marra’s practice also includes representation of clients in connection with various local, state and federal permitting, regulatory and licensing bodies. Such representations have included defense of bank board members in connection with FDIC investigations and depositions, representation of land owners and developers in all manner of permitting, licensing and zoning issues, and representation of restaurant/bar entities (and their proprietors) in connection with liquor license applications and transfers.
