Sue Romano serves as Cetrulo LLP’s Director, Operations & Human Resources, bringing over 30 years of experience to the Firm. Prior to joining Cetrulo, Sue was the Vice President of Human Resources for an international technology start-up based in the Netherlands. Sue also served as a Regional Director, Human Resources and Operations, in various industries including financial and professional services firms.
Sue is a certified Achieve Global Trainer specializing in human resources, notably, Harassment, Diversity & Inclusion as well as Coaching & Mentoring.
Sue is actively pursuing a certificate in Counseling and Coaching.
When away from the office, Sue has a passion for travel and cooking.
