Michael Cahalane, Bryan Abramoske, and Noel Cho published their article entitled, “The Contours of the Cosmetic PFAS Litigation: Highlights and Shadows of Forever Chemicals” which was featured in the July/August 2022 edition of The Federal Lawyer, a national magazine published by the Federal Bar Association. The article traces the evolution of PFAS litigation to date, identifies the hurdles plaintiffs will likely face in pursuing personal injury cases involving cosmetics, and provides recommendations to consumer product manufacturers to minimize the risk associated with potential PFAS litigation.
