Cetrulo LLP’s client, a talc processing company, recently obtained a defense verdict in a week-long trial in South Carolina. The plaintiff, a 37 year-old mother of three who was diagnosed with mesothelioma, obtained a $29 million judgment against the only other trial defendant, but the jury found Cetrulo’s client not liable for plaintiff’s injuries.
