The House of Delegates is the primary governing and policy-making body of the Rhode Island Bar Association. Andrew has been an active member of the Rhode Island Bar Association since 2009 and serves on the Superior Court Bench/Bar Committee. Andrew is the Partner-In-Charge of Cetrulo LLP’s Providence office.
