Overview

Courtney Bayon, Esq. is an associate that works at Cetrulo LLP’s Providence and Boston offices. She practices in the areas of the firm’s Environmental, Complex Civil and Business Litigation, Toxic Tort Litigation, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Pharmaceutical Litigation, and Asbestos Litigation.

Prior to joining Cetrulo, Courtney was an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County, Long Island. Courtney excelled in roles focusing on legal sufficiency as a liaison to the Nassau County Police Department in the Intake and Discovery Compliance Department. As well as handling arraignments, conferences, hearings, and trial preparation while working as an ADA in the District Court Litigation Division.

Courtney earned her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law, a Master of Marine Affairs from University of Rhode Island, and a Master of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School. In addition to prosecutorial work, Courtney has contributed to legal scholarship as an Assistant Law Librarian at the University of Roger Williams School of Law and showcased a passion for environmental law as a Rhode Island Sea Grant Law Fellow. This diverse experience, coupled with a background in pharmaceutical mass torts and environmental consulting, underscores Courtney’s versatility and commitment to excellence in the legal field.
