Elijah M. Santos

Elijah Santos is an associate attorney in Cetrulo LLP’s Providence office. Before Cetrulo, Elijah worked as a judicial law clerk in the Rhode Island Supreme Court’s Law Clerk Department. He assisted the Honorable Christopher K. Smith, the Honorable Shannon G. Signore, and the Honorable Joanna M. Achille on a broad range of civil matters on the Providence County Superior Court Civil Motion Calendar. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Brian P. Stern on the Providence County Superior Court Business Calendar, where he assisted the court with complex business matters.

Elijah earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he served as President of the Moot Court Board and as an editor of the Roger Williams University Law Review. He won the school’s Esther Clark Moot Court Competition, where he argued the final round before judges from the Rhode Island Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Elijah also received the competition’s awards for Best Brief, Best Oral Advocate, and Best On- and Off-Brief Performance.
