Overview

Kyle Burgess is an associate attorney in Cetrulo LLP’s Boston office. Kyle assists with the firm’s asbestos litigation and toxic torts litigation practices. Prior to joining Cetrulo, Kyle worked at a boutique Boston law firm that focused on municipal defense litigation and employment litigation.

Kyle graduated from Boston College Law School in May 2024. While in law school, Kyle worked as an SJC Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney in the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General’s Trial Division. He also served as a member of BC Law’s Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition Team and participated in the Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition. Kyle received his Bachelor of Arts in History at Providence College where he graduated summa cum laude and wrote a senior honors thesis about the Culper Spy Ring’s role during the Revolutionary War.

Kyle is a member of the Boston Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association.
