Overview

Kate is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on the defense of toxic tort, product liability, general tort litigation, construction litigation, and professional and legal malpractice. She has been practicing in Massachusetts since 2013 and is also barred in Connecticut, Maine, and New York.

Kate handles all aspects of trial practice from client counseling and pre-litigation strategies through responsive pleadings, discovery, expert retention, mediation, trial preparations, trials and appeals. Kate has argued at both the state and federal levels.

Kate is a graduate of Suffolk Law School (2013). During law school Kate interned with the US Coast Guard and the Suffolk Superior Court. She also completed the Macronis Civil Litigation Concentration. Kate received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Mary Washington (2009), where she was a three-year varsity soccer player.

Prior to joining Cetrulo LLP, Kate was a senior associate in the professional liability practice group at a major regional firm, where she represented professionals including attorneys, accountants, real estate agents and real estate appraisers, in malpractice litigation.
